Judge imposes two year driving ban on off-duty garda for dangerous driving and drink driving
*The accused was a ‘no-show’ in Ennis District Court. An off-duty drink-driving Garda crashed his car at speed into an oncoming car on the wrong side of the road in west Clare over two years ago.
