CLARE’s minor football side shows three changes for their meeting with Tipperary this evening (Tuesday).

Dermot Coughlan’s side have already ensured they will be one of the last four teams standing in the provincial competition but face the Premier County in the third phase of round one at 7pm in Páirc Naomh Mhuire, Quilty.

Coughlan’s side have come from behind to record victories over Waterford and Limerick thus far in the competition.

Starting jerseys have been handed to wing back Leo Switzer of Kilmurry Ibrickane, Aidan Weaver from Lissycasey at midfield and Wolfe Tones’ Kevin Hanley at corner forward for the first time in this year’s minor championship.

Making way from the team as a result of their additions are forward Diarmuid McMahon from Lissycasey, Doora/Barefield’s Liam Clune who has lined out at midfield and centre back plus Cooraclare’s Darragh Townsend.
