A NORTH CLARE woman who had been missing since Saturday has been found alive and well.

On Tuesday evening, the family of Noelle O’Looney confirmed that she is safe, her husband Sean Davoren thanked members of the public who helped to raise awareness online that she was missing. He said they were “so relieved” to have located Noelle.

“Thanks to everyone out there for all their help and support over the last few days – it has meant a huge amount to all of us – everything has worked out ok thankfully,” he tweeted.

Noelle had been missing since Saturday morning, An Garda Síochána had issued a missing persons appeal on Monday evening and had been of the view that she was still in the county or in neighbouring Galway.
