Cratloe GAA have launched an eye-catching fundraiser where a car to the value of €33,500 is the top prize.

The South Clare club has teamed up with Cummins Car Centre to give away a brand new 211 Toyota C-HR 5dr valued at €33,500.

A raffle competition ran by the club where entry is €20 gives patrons the opportunity to win the car but also to support Cratloe GAA “club development in our efforts to achieve continued success and growth within our club”.

Other prizes on offer include, a 55’’ Smart TV worth €529, a Breville Barista Max Coffee Machine retailing at €420 and Apple AirPods Pro valued at €265.

Meanwhile, Newmarket-on-Fergus GAA club are undertaking a virtual walk on St Patrick’s Day from Fr Murphy Memorial Park to Croke Park. They are asking members to walk help them clock a distance of 233km and make online donations along the way.

Funds raised by the Blues are going towards the construction of a public walkway within the club grounds that is intended to be made available to the wider community.
