Levels of COVID-19 continue to remain low in Co Clare while nationally 7 new deaths and 243 cases are known.
On Saturday evening, the Department of Health have announced 243 new cases of the virus across the country. Of these, 91 are in Dublin, 26 in Donegal, 18 in Cork, 16 in Waterford, 15 in Limerick, and the remaining 77 cases are spread across another 18 counties.
Co Clare for the sixth day in a row has recorded less than five new cases of COVID-19. The 14 day incidence rate per 100k of the population in the county is 66.5 while nationally it is 93.7.

An additional seven new deaths have been notified to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre. It brings the death toll from Coronavirus in the Republic of Ireland to 2,050.
