No new deaths from COVID-19 have been recorded in the past 24 hours while Co Clare is now 24 days without a new case.

An extra 18 cases have been confirmed by the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC) on Sunday bringing to 25,527 the total amount of persons to have tested positive for the virus.

Officials have also reported no increase in deaths. Across the Republic of Ireland, 1,741 individuals are said to have died as a result of COVID-19.

It is 24 days since a new case was confirmed in Co Clare. The total figure has stayed stagnant at 368. Latest figures for the county are from Friday (July 3rd).
