Kilmaley remain unbeaten in the Clare Cup while Broadford had the bragging rights over neighbours Sixmilebridge.

Both Cratloe and Inagh/Kilnamona picked up vital wins as they both battle to avoid relegation to Division 1B, they are on four points sitting in eighth and ninth spot with Clooney/Quin sitting at the bottom on three points.

Crusheen and Clonlara are tied on ten points apiece in second and third position respectively.

In Division 1B, Éire Óg and Tulla currently sit in the danger zone with only one win recorded in seven outings. Wolfe Tones are just a point ahead of them, having secured a draw earlier in the campaign.

Newmarket-on-Fergus are leading the charge for promotion followed closely by O’Callaghans Mills and Clarecastle. The meeting of the Blues and the Magpies in the next round will be a crucial one to add further clarity to their respective bids.
