BRIDGE UTD are keeping up the pressure on neighbours Newmarket Celtic while Avenue Utd recorded their first successive Premier Division wins of 2025.

All of the big three were victorious on Sunday morning as games continued in the Maloney Hardware Premier Division.

Despite falling a goal down to Lifford, Avenue regrouped and recorded a 4-1 win against their Ennis rivals in Roslevan.

Goals from Tadhg Noonan and Dean Hegarty in the opening half saw Newmarket Celtic overcome neighbours Shannon Town, they will also be pleased to have welcomed Eoin Hayesa back to action for his first appearance of the year.

It was comfortable for Bridge Utd as they ran out 3-0 winners over Kilkishen Celtic.

Meanwhile, Shannon Olympic claimed the spoils against Kilrush Rangers when they won 3-2.
